Availability

Most of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always endeavour to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days.

Packaging and transport

Goods are generally dispatched by Swiss Post as economy parcels. Orders over CHF 50.00 are delivered PORTOFREE, for orders under CHF 50.00 we charge a packaging and delivery fee of CHF 10.00 (B-Post). For ecological reasons, we endeavour to reuse used cardboard boxes. We therefore ask for your understanding if your order is delivered in a used box (sustainability). Wherever possible, we also avoid using filling material or use it only when necessary and extremely sparingly.

Delivery time

• B Mail: B Mail is usually delivered within two to three working days (Monday to Friday; no Saturday delivery). The time of delivery may vary due to general and regional public holidays. Please note that we prepare the ski base of test skis again before dispatch. This can affect the delivery time by an additional one to two days.
• A Mail: A Mail is usually delivered within one to two working days (Monday to Friday, no Saturday delivery). Please note that we prepare the ski base of test skis again before dispatch. This can affect the delivery time by an additional one to two days.

Exception: E-MTB and mountain bikes are not shipped, but must be picked up in Klosters / Graubünden. New bikes are usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks, used test bikes are usually ready in 1 to 3 days.
