Payment

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

To ensure successful payment, we recommend that you have your payment method such as credit card or payment app ready before payment. If a payment is cancelled for reasons such as waiting too long with the payment, you can simply complete the payment afterwards via the order confirmation email. There you also have the option of selecting a different payment method if required.

Prepayment:
When paying in advance, please pay into our PC account. It is easier for you if you scan the QR code, which is displayed after completing the order, with your banking app. The QR code can also be found in the PDF attachment of the order confirmation email.

If you pay in advance, your order will not be processed until we have received your payment. Due to limited stock quantities, individual items may be sold out and/or no longer in stock on the day of ordering.

Corporate customers:
Corporate customers and public institutions can be supplied against invoice after a credit check, payable net within 10 days. To do so, please contact us by telephone on +41 79 613 48 53 or by email at info@onlineretail.ch. In order to benefit from preferential conditions, the minimum order quantity is CHF 3000. We kindly ask you to place orders with a value of less than CHF 3000 directly in our online shop.

Additional payment
Additional payments can simply be paid using the QR code at onlineretail.payrexx. An additional payment request can arise if, for example, you want to buy a different item than you ordered and paid for, but the new item is more expensive than the item you have already paid for.
