Payment

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment (payment via QR code possible)

To ensure that the payment is successful, we recommend that you have your payment method, such as a credit card or payment app, ready before paying. If you cancel a payment for reasons such as waiting too long to pay, you can simply complete the payment afterwards using the order confirmation email. There you also have the option of selecting a different payment method if this becomes necessary.


Prepayment:
If you pay in advance, please pay into our PC account. It is easier for you if you scan the QR code, which is displayed after completing the order, with your banking app. You can also find the QR code in the PDF attachment of the order confirmation email.

If you pay in advance, your order will only be processed after we receive your payment. Due to limited stocks, individual items may be sold out and/or no longer in stock on the day of the order.


Corporate customers:
Corporate customers and public institutions can be supplied against invoice after a credit check, payable within 10 days net. To do this, please contact us by phone on +41 79 613 48 53 or by email at info@onlineretail.ch. To benefit from preferential conditions, the minimum order amount is CHF 3000.00. We ask that you process orders with a value of less than CHF 3000.00 directly in our online shop.


Additional payment:
Additional payments can be made easily using a QR code at onlineretail.payrexx. A request for additional payments can arise if, for example, you want to buy a different item than the one you ordered and paid for, but the new item is more expensive than the item you have already paid for.

Refund:
In the case of returns, the refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods. It can happen occasionally that an ordered item marked as available is no longer available . In this case, we will refund the amount paid within 24 hours after consultation with the customer. If you would like to buy a different item to the one you ordered and paid for, but it is cheaper than the item you have already paid for, we will refund the price difference within 24 hours.
