Exchange / Right of return / Right of withdrawal

Do you not want to keep an item? Please follow these instructions:

  • Always send us an email enquiry in advance for returns, exchanges or warranty cases.
  • We will confirm your right of return and let you know if you need to send the items back to us by registered post.
  • Send the items back to us within 6 days (dispatch postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging (depending on the agreement by registered post).
  • The delivery note or a copy of the delivery note must always be enclosed with the returns so that we can allocate the return to an order.
  • We will then refund the amount paid by you minus our postage costs (minus CHF 10.-, minus CHF 30.- for skis), provided it is not an exchange.
  • In the case of warranty claims, we will only accept the goods in a cleaned condition, otherwise we will charge you CHF 50 for cleaning or send the goods back to you. Manufacturers only accept goods in a cleaned condition for warranty clarif1ications and repairs.


We guarantee our customers the delivery of flawless products. Please note that we cannot therefore unable to take back used items.

If the goods have been damaged during dispatch, please inform us within 48 hours by e-mail at info@onlineretail.ch


Refusal to acceptance: The complete postage costs will be charged to the buyer.
