Exchange / Return Policy / Warranty Case / Right of Cancellation

If you do not want to keep an article, please proceed as follows:

  • Returns and exchanges must be reported to us within 6 days of receipt of the goods.
  • For returns, exchanges or warranty cases, always send us an email request in advance to info@onlineretail.ch.
  • We will then confirm your right of return and tell you where to send the goods back. Some items must be sent back by registered mail. The postage for the return is at the customer's expense.
  • Please send the goods back to us within 6 days (postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging (by registered mail, depending on the agreement). Please also always send us the delivery note or a copy of the delivery note so that we can assign the shipment to an order.
  • In the case of returns , we will refund the amount you paid after receipt of the goods, minus our postage costs (minus CHF 10, minus CHF 30 for skis). In the case of an exchange , additional costs may be incurred at your expense or a partial refund may be incurred at our expense.
  • In the case of warranty claims , we will only accept the goods in a clean condition , otherwise we will charge you the cleaning costs of CHF 50 or send the goods back to you uncleaned. In the case of warranty claims (clarifications, repairs, replacements), manufacturers will only accept the goods in a clean condition.

We guarantee our customers that we will deliver flawless products. Please note that we cannot accept used items back unless they are covered by the warranty.

If the goods were damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours by email to info@onlineretail.ch.


Refusal of acceptance: The entire postage costs are borne by the buyer.
